Supports the management and improvement of UniSuper’s accumulation products. Responsibilities include contributing to product roadmaps, maintaining product documentation, analyzing enhancements and cost-benefit impacts, supporting incident remediation, and delivering product training and presentations. The role requires financial services experience, preferably involving superannuation, pension administration, financial advice, or product communications.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards. The role supports integrations, data and application development, secure software delivery, incident resolution, root cause analysis, change and release activities. It also contributes to coding standards, code reviews, estimation, testing, debugging, continuous improvement, and mentoring developers. Key expertise includes Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, integrations, OmniStudio, security frameworks, and DevOps practices.
