Produce construction-ready interior design documentation using Revit and BIM Level 2. Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams, perform code reviews, attend sites, mentor junior designers, and ensure technical compliance and material selection throughout project delivery.

Deliver commercial workplace interior design from concept to completion: produce detailed design documentation, select materials and finishes, manage budgets/BOQs, coordinate consultants, support senior leaders, and collaborate across delivery teams to ensure inspirational, on-brand workplace outcomes.

Lead preconstruction efforts: review drawings for constructability and value-engineering, manage subcontractor bidding and scopes, develop schedules and budgets, present proposals to clients, and ensure project profitability, on-time delivery, and strong subcontractor relationships.
