Lead end-to-end interior and lab design projects for corporate and life sciences clients. Manage project teams, produce drawings and construction documentation, coordinate consultants, present to clients, mentor junior staff, and ensure designs are functional, visually compelling, and delivered on budget and schedule.

Support design team to develop workplace interior concepts through space planning, finishes/furniture selection, drawings and documentation. Conduct site surveys, assist with furniture/finish packages and cost inputs, use AutoCAD/Revit and Adobe/Microsoft tools, and learn detailing under senior mentorship to deliver client-focused design outcomes.

Manage end-to-end construction projects (tenant improvements), coordinating subcontractors, schedules, documentation, and on-site progress. Use PM tools to track timelines, attend site meetings, resolve issues, and ensure quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
