The role requires strong Revit and technical documentation skills, multidisciplinary coordination, and experience delivering specialized environments in an integrated design-build setting.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and research. Book appointments for senior sales staff, develop the sales pipeline, manage leads, analyze lead sources, and nurture prospective client relationships. Provide market intelligence, support client strategies, collaborate across teams, and ensure engagement aligns with Unispace’s brand. The role focuses on B2B business development for commercial design-build and workplace projects, with an expectation to work in the New York studio four days per week.
