Implement internal control frameworks, GRC systems, IPO readiness, finance transformation, and dashboards. Manage blended teams, client relationships, project profitability, and mentor junior staff across industries.

Lead delivery of Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Corporate Governance engagements. Maintain senior client relationships, drive business development, mentor teams, implement ERM/BCM frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO, ISO 22301), and report to senior management and boards. Manage multiple projects, ensure regulatory alignment across India/UAE/US, and support practice management.
