Coordinates group travel bookings by preparing quotes, presenting packages, closing sales, issuing contracts, and supporting guests, travel agents, tour operators, and incentive partners. Provides resort and event information, follows up on proposals and contracts, updates group databases, supports sales teams, attends industry events, and maintains strong client relationships. The role requires customer service, product knowledge, Excel and Word proficiency, goal achievement, and occasional travel in a call-center environment.

Manages and hardens enterprise network security controls across data centers, offices, call centers, and cloud environments. Owns Fortinet platforms, Darktrace NDR, FireMon policy management, VPN access, firewall reviews, SIEM integrations, PCI DSS compliance evidence, incident response, vendor relationships, documentation, and security workstreams for network, data center, and cloud projects.
