Lead end-to-end architecture and technical direction for a global Dynamics 365 CE CRM. Design resilient, scalable, secure integrations with Azure and enterprise systems, balance low-code vs pro-code solutions, own standards/ALM, mentor developers, and support Agile product roadmaps and stakeholder communication.

Manage month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, support commercial teams on pricing, reclaims and master data, resolve AP/AR and stock accrual issues, improve controls and processes, support budgeting and audits, and supervise/accounts assistants to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely resolution of reconciling items.

Manage client supply chain operations in a regulated environment, ensuring effective shipment execution, compliance, and relationship management. Oversee end-to-end processes and vendor performance while fostering client relationships and improving service delivery.
