Drive revenue growth and strategic account development across NHS and public-sector healthcare clients in the UK. The role manages senior stakeholder relationships, develops account plans, identifies new business, leads upselling and cross-selling, monitors sales performance, and supports pricing and process improvements. It also serves as an escalation point for complex queries, mentors junior colleagues, collaborates with supply chain and customer service teams, and ensures CRM accuracy and compliance with GDP and company procedures.

Coordinates warehouse order planning and release across a 24/5 shift operation. Monitors wave management, replenishment, pick sequencing, outbound dispatch, inbound data, route progress, and operational issues. Produces hourly and daily performance reports, manages customer order changes and emergency requests, coordinates downtime plans, escalates vendor and operational issues, and identifies process improvements. Requires an engineering degree, process engineering experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with multiple systems and Microsoft applications.

Manages the end-to-end commercial performance, migration, adoption, and growth of a pharmacy ordering platform. Responsibilities include platform operations, onboarding and support for 300+ pharmacies, supplier and pharmacy engagement, pricing and competitor analysis, procurement workflow optimisation, user adoption, stakeholder feedback, and KPI monitoring. The role also supports wholesale growth through supplier negotiations, value benchmarking, platform improvements, and customer-focused commercial propositions.
