Oversees the transition from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors, establishes governance and operational KPIs, centralizes services, improves employee-lifecycle processes, and builds internal capability. The role manages HR operations and systems teams, implementation partners, payroll providers, stakeholder relationships, change readiness, data quality, controls, and continuous improvement.

Manages global proposal development from intake through submission and defense. Leads cross-functional teams, coordinates schedules and documentation, writes and edits persuasive responses, ensures quality and compliance, manages version control, and improves proposal processes through templates, knowledge management, and post-mortem reviews. Liaises with clients regarding requirements and submissions and facilitates negotiation handoffs.

Coordinate end-to-end healthcare tender submissions, contract administration, renewals, pricing updates, rebates, vendor onboarding, compliance, and performance reporting. The role collaborates with sales, legal, finance, operations, suppliers, and healthcare procurement teams to secure and sustain business, mitigate risks, maintain accurate records, and improve tender success and contract management processes.
