Provide OTC counter and shop-floor sales support in a community pharmacy. Responsibilities include assisting customers, delivering excellent service, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards, monitoring stock levels, rotating inventory, and handling cash. The role requires strong communication, empathy, confidentiality, organization, multitasking, and a strong work ethic. Previous pharmacy OTC experience and product knowledge are advantageous.

Prepare and review monthly P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, support commercial agreements and master data, resolve AP/AR and GR/IR issues, liaise with auditors, support budgeting and internal controls, drive process improvements, and manage/accounts assistants to ensure accurate financial reporting for the supply chain business.

Supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act and company SOPs, manage stock control and security, support the pharmacy manager on retail standards, deliver pharmaceutical care and health-promotion programs, supervise staff, maintain confidentiality, and participate in continuing professional development and reporting for Department of Health schemes.
