Teams at Union.ai

Manage Partner Engineering and Deployment Engineering teams delivering long-cycle cloud and infrastructure integrations. Own planning, staffing, performance, technical partner relationships, production-readiness standards, deployment artifacts, prioritization, and operational burden reduction. Coordinate with business development, sales, and engineering leadership while guiding project and technical leads across integrations with major cloud and platform providers.

Build and maintain a high-performance React and Next.js application in TypeScript for monitoring and managing AI workflows. Develop real-time, data-dense interfaces with streaming updates, virtualization, infinite scrolling, timelines, and interactive tables. Collaborate with product, design, backend, infrastructure, and customers on API design, debugging, architecture, testing, and performance improvements.

Improve the reliability, operability, and customer experience of Union.ai’s production AI orchestration platform. Responsibilities include resolving production issues, building diagnostics and automation, improving observability, strengthening operational engineering practices, and turning recurring customer problems into durable platform and product improvements. The role combines software engineering and operations, with participation in on-call and collaboration across engineering, support, customer success, and product teams.
