Design, program, and support PLC, HMI, and motion control systems; integrate industrial robots; create electrical schematics; commission and troubleshoot automated equipment; interface with MES/SCADA and industrial networks; implement safety systems; support continuous improvement to improve OEE and reduce downtime.

Support manufacturing cells end-to-end: develop process drawings with GD&T, troubleshoot production, select tooling/fixturing, perform inspections and testing, investigate root cause, manage revision control, and support continuous improvement and quoting.

Develop and qualify industrial processes for defense-grade steel forgings, perform first article inspections and validations, apply CpK/PpK and SPC analysis, use RCCA tools, optimize processes with Lean/Six Sigma, manage heat treating and coatings requirements, partner with operations/quality/safety, and perform hands-on shop-floor problem solving.
