The Development Communications Specialist creates donor-facing proposals, reports, appeals, program briefs, event materials, and other fundraising content. The role translates program priorities, data, and impact into compelling narratives for major donors and family foundations; maintains proposal and report calendars; coordinates projects with Development, Communications, Data teams, and vendors; supports donor briefings; and ensures accurate donor data management and consistent messaging.

Lead UCS people function and enterprise JEDI strategy; oversee full employee lifecycle, union compliance, culture and change management; advise CEO and Executive Team; build equity-centered accountability and integrate anti-racism across people practices.
