Gather and review condominium project documentation for mortgage loan salability under agency and company guidelines. Order and track condo questionnaires, secondary documents, and appraisal revisions; add applicable loan conditions; submit documentation promptly; and coordinate with HOAs, underwriters, and other stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.

Assists the QA testing team with reviewing requirements, developing and executing end-to-end test cases, validating results, documenting and reporting defects, verifying fixes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with QA, project management, business analysis, and application development teams.

Evaluates internal controls, researches regulatory requirements, documents business processes, performs audit testing, identifies risks, communicates findings, drafts audit reports, and follows up on corrective actions. The role collaborates with subject matter experts and business units to strengthen risk management and compliance practices.
