Review, audit, and deliver closed loan files for bond and correspondent programs, ensuring compliance with investor, agency, regulatory, and company requirements. Coordinate with Closing, Funding, Underwriting, and partners to resolve deficiencies, manage pipelines, and support audits to facilitate timely loan purchase and delivery.

Prepare, reconcile, and remit monthly and daily investor and agency reports; maintain investor accounting records; resolve reporting exceptions; update servicing systems and MERS; respond to servicing inquiries and credit bureau disputes.

Gather and submit condominium project documentation, order and follow up on secondary condo docs and appraisal revisions, upload revised appraisals to Mercury portal, and assist processors and help-desk ticket responses to ensure compliance with agency and UHM guidelines.
