Administers third-party origination partner operations, including onboarding, approvals, renewals, deactivations, contact-list maintenance, rate-sheet distribution, web updates, training coordination, bulletins, and expedited reporting. Supports mortgage-industry partners and works closely with TPO leadership while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining accurate records.

Execute monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual internal audits to verify corrective actions are effective. Identify deficiencies, collaborate on remediation, and develop expertise across the full audit lifecycle. Support projects assessing and monitoring risks related to mortgage loan origination and servicing. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, judgment, teamwork, and deadline management.

Assists the QA testing team with reviewing requirements, developing and executing end-to-end test cases, validating results, documenting and reporting defects, verifying fixes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with QA, project management, business analysis, and application development teams.
