Provides technical support to healthcare center staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, Windows systems, network devices, Wi-Fi, and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include PC installation, remote device monitoring, Office 365 administration, and creating and maintaining Active Directory user accounts. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, computer skills, and the ability to work in an office environment while occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds.

Support full-cycle HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS data maintenance, compliance with employment laws, employee relations, and HR reporting. Assist HR Director with performance evaluations, classification, change management, and employee engagement initiatives. Serve as a primary HR contact for staff and managers and prepare regular HR metrics and payroll reports.
