Teams at Union

Serve as the day-to-day HR partner for 6–10 startup clients, managing payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations. Advise founders on org design, compensation, and feedback culture. Build performance review cycles, leveling frameworks, and HR policies. Handle sensitive employee relations, plan offsites and virtual events, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with Union's internal admin and CEO on deliverables and strategy.
