Owns and improves customer and category demand forecasts across an 18-month horizon. Leads demand reviews and S&OP planning, aligns operational and financial forecasts, analyzes sales, POS, promotional, inventory, and market data, and provides recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. Uses Anaplan, Kinaxis, Power BI, SAP, and other planning tools to improve forecast accuracy, reduce waste, optimize inventory, and support business decisions.

Provides technical support and drives process improvements at a manufacturing site. The role analyzes workflows and performance data, improves production processes, monitors KPIs, supports innovation and digitalization initiatives, and applies World Class Manufacturing, Lean, and Six Sigma methods. It collaborates with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and losses, improve quality and efficiency, and coaches production teams in root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Leads finished-goods outbound logistics, including picking, staging, loading, dispatch, dock coordination, shipment documentation, inventory accuracy, and SAP transaction execution. Supervises frontline teams and coordinates with planning, customer service, manufacturing, quality, transportation, warehouse, and 3PL partners. Ensures safety, compliance, service, productivity, and continuous improvement across high-volume shipping operations.
