Own end-to-end execution of eCommerce innovation pipeline for Amazon: translate requirements into supply chain actions, manage B2R/FDTC launches, ensure OTIF/readiness/dispatch targets, lead Handshake automation and process improvements, track KPIs, mitigate supply/packaging/forecast risks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to optimize portfolio performance and launch outcomes.

Lead logistics excellence for the Philippines and Japan by converting performance data into priorities and actions, partnering across functions to diagnose gaps, and driving initiatives across warehousing, transport, delivery and planning. Build business cases, standardise tools and governance, strengthen problem solving and data transparency, and support change adoption while tracking benefits, risks and compliance.

Serve as the primary HR contact for ~215 hourly factory employees, handling employee relations, performance management, onboarding, investigations, CBA administration, union negotiations, HR transactions, compliance with employment law, HR systems (Kronos/Workday), reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support third-shift operations and improve HR processes.
