Lead end-to-end planning for Skin Cleansing & Deodorant and Vietnam promotional banding; align demand, supply, capacity, inventory and innovation plans; drive S&OP governance for 300+ SKUs; build long-term supply readiness; lead promotional banding processes and co-packing planning; lead digital planning transformation (ML forecasting, automation) and change management; develop team capability and stakeholder partnerships to enable growth, service, cost and resilience.

Lead end-to-end factory operations to meet safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost targets. Drive operational excellence via TPM, Lean, digitalization, and continuous improvement. Develop frontline leaders, manage workforce effectiveness, coordinate production and warehouse activities, ensure regulatory and food-safety compliance, and contribute to factory strategy, transformation, and financial performance.
