Leads logistics strategy and transformation across Latin America, including network optimization, tax reform planning, McCormick integration, digitalization, automation, productivity, 3PL partnerships, e-commerce, and sustainability. Develops strategic projects and business cases, improves cost, service, resilience, and capacity, and influences regional stakeholders in a matrix environment. Requires strong supply chain expertise, financial acumen, analytical ability, stakeholder management, English and Spanish fluency, and willingness to travel.

Partners with commercial and account teams across Southern Africa to manage forecasts, customer investments, promotions, trade spend, accruals, controls, debtors, and financial performance. Evaluates promotional returns, analyzes plan-versus-actual results, identifies risks and opportunities, supports Order to Cash issue resolution, presents monthly insights, and drives savings and governance initiatives. Requires strong commercial finance, analytical, forecasting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
