Own retail trade plans, merchandising assortments, social and paid content, budget management, and performance analysis to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales with retailer partners.

Manage day-to-day UK ecommerce site and visual merchandising, develop and execute CRM/email strategy and lifecycle segmentation, run testing and analytics to drive retention, LTV and AOV, collaborate on campaign planning and creative, and produce weekly/monthly cross-channel reporting.
