Manage sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, contracts, and commercial performance across IT categories including software, cloud, hardware, telecoms, consultancy, and AI. Conduct spend analysis, lead RFPs and negotiations, manage supplier risk and performance, optimize costs, and support cross-border technology deals. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align procurement objectives with organizational goals and drive innovation, compliance, savings, and continuous improvement.

Provides broad legal support to the UK business, focusing on medical claims, litigation, inquests, commercial agreements, pharmaceutical engagements, legal risk, insurance-related claims, data privacy, compliance, and regulatory matters. The role advises senior stakeholders, manages external counsel and insurers, negotiates contracts, supports investigations and disputes, and develops legal policies and training in a regulated healthcare and life sciences environment.

Supports IT financial management through cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, accruals, performance analysis, and financial reporting. Coordinates with IT, Finance, market stakeholders, and budget owners to improve cost transparency and allocation consistency. Analyzes variances and trends, develops data-driven insights, and prepares clear presentations for senior leadership and C-level audiences in an international, matrixed environment.
