Leads a multi-country HR technology transformation programme, including HRIS/HCM implementations, integrations, data migration, vendor management, operational readiness, service transition, go-live, governance, and change adoption. The role owns programme scope, budget, timelines, risks, resources, compliance, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realisation across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, vendors, and market leadership teams.

Supports enterprise-wide change management and culture initiatives across an international healthcare organization. Responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, adoption planning, culture workshops, employee engagement, communications, leadership enablement, training, feedback analysis, change metrics, governance reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with business leaders, HR, Communications, and project teams to embed organizational values, strengthen engagement, and deliver sustainable transformation.

Own recurring financial and operational reporting, support closing, forecasting, and budgeting, and develop KPI dashboards and performance analyses. Build scalable Power BI, data-management, and automation solutions; harmonize Finance, HR, and Operations data; investigate quality issues; and improve reporting governance and processes. Provide ad hoc analyses, business-case support, and actionable insights while reducing manual work and enabling finance transformation.
