Manages technical leaders across Portugal and Spain, aligns local roadmaps with global standards, oversees modernization and service reliability, and partners with business, product, cybersecurity, and global technology stakeholders.

Support and improve Oracle HCM Cloud across global HR teams by investigating system issues, coordinating service resolution, testing enhancements and quarterly releases, maintaining data quality, producing reports, documenting processes, and optimizing HRIS operations. The role collaborates with HR, IT, and external support partners while supporting user adoption, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
