Lead UniHomes’ B2C sales and retentions function, owning strategy, revenue performance, forecasting, reporting, team management, coaching, and seasonal scaling. Recruit, onboard, and develop temporary telesales staff during peak periods while maintaining sales quality and a student-first approach. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology to improve lead quality, customer handovers, product effectiveness, and the wider student rental journey.

Leads CRM marketing across acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation. Owns Salesforce Marketing Cloud, builds multichannel lifecycle journeys, establishes app and push notification channels, manages segmentation and personalisation, and drives testing and performance reporting. Coaches a two-person CRM team, ensures GDPR and messaging compliance, and collaborates across marketing and customer experience teams to improve enquiry volume, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Lead the end-to-end Agentforce function, including roadmap ownership, agent design and development, governance, observability, evaluation, adoption, and reporting. Build Sales and Service agents using Salesforce AI tooling, partner with architecture and product teams, drive organizational change, and develop a growing technical team. The role serves as the senior internal owner of Agentforce and requires strong Salesforce administration, development, AI, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
