Lead account-level program management for contract manufacturing customers. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage costs/profitability, ensure on-time delivery, enforce contractual requirements, run readiness reviews and business reviews, submit claims recovery, and mentor junior program managers.

Prepare monthly financial and management reports, reconciliations, and cost analyses for domestic and international manufacturing operations. Support standard costing, BOM review, WIP, inventory reconciliation, PPV, margin analysis, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls. Maintain ERP and manufacturing-system data integrity while identifying cost gaps, inefficiencies, and margin leakage. Perform customer recovery analyses, ad hoc financial analysis, and process improvement projects using Advanced Excel.

Lead and develop the production team to meet build plans, improve processes, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery; analyze production data, manage resources, implement process changes and training, and enforce performance metrics.
