Work with databases (SQL, stored procedures), integrate and test REST APIs, prototype new technologies, participate in code reviews, maintain development standards, and communicate progress with stakeholders.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for foundational roles and manage daily HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement, benefits support, compliance, HRIS recordkeeping, employee relations assistance, training rollouts, and special HR projects to ensure a consistent, professional employee experience.

Develops and maintains building automation system (BAS) software and graphical interfaces by editing HTML in JSON files; understands HVAC sequences; produces, tests, and revises programs; maintains design standards; coordinates with engineers, contractors, field techs, and sales; manages projects from development through implementation and evaluation.
