Oversee multi-region facilities services operations across janitorial, maintenance, and logistics accounts, including 24/7 high-traffic facilities. Manage Area Managers and site leadership, control labor costs and staffing, monitor KPIs and quality, enforce standardized procedures, mobilize new contracts, support growth, and maintain client and contract performance.

Perform continuous cleaning and sanitation of a 75,000 SF aquatic and recreation facility: restrooms, locker rooms, pool decks, fitness areas, floors, trash removal, high-touch disinfection, glass cleaning, spill response, and event support. Work all shifts in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment with emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Must pass background check and E-Verify.
