Lead the operational deployment of a loyalty programme across pilot markets, translating journeys and value propositions into CRM campaigns, content, tool configurations, and omnichannel activations. Coordinate internal teams, local markets, centres, agencies, and partners; manage readiness, testing, risks, and seasonal campaigns. Track acquisition, engagement, participation, reactivation, and business-value KPIs, recommend optimisations, and support retailer offers and cashback partnerships.

Prepares statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements for UK and Jersey entities, manages external audits, coordinates statutory and tax filings, and provides technical accounting guidance. The role supports corporate finance initiatives, treasury administration, reporting-system improvements, process controls, and regulatory compliance. It requires collaboration with Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Company Secretariat, and external auditors while contributing to restructurings, liquidations, REIT-related projects, and other corporate initiatives.

Own and improve the Record-to-Report and statutory accounting processes across Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Lead process harmonization, governance, controls, root-cause analysis, reporting, technical accounting guidance, and documentation. Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Controlling, and Consolidation teams while supporting SAP S/4HANA enhancements, testing, training, and finance transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP and drive consistent, efficient accounting operations across multiple entities.
