Manage lease-related financial and administrative processes, including registering agreements, updating rental objects, processing contract changes and terminations, calculating indexation, invoicing charges, handling settlements, completing vacancy runs, and providing customer service support. The role requires finance experience, SAP and Excel proficiency, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Manage performance reporting and controlling for a portfolio of Spanish shopping centers. Partner with operational teams and accounting on closing, forecasting, budgeting, rolling forecasts, P&L management, NRI, CAPEX, and reporting. Produce ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior management, collaborate across functions, and improve or automate processes and IT tools.

Manage lease agreement financial administration, including lease data maintenance, contract registration, indexation calculations, recurring and manual invoicing, settlements, vacancy runs, and tenant support. The role works across Leasing, Legal, Investment Management, and Shopping Centre Management to improve data quality, invoicing accuracy, cash collection, and Order to Cash processes.
