The Tax Manager supports U.S. tax planning, transaction structuring, forecasting, tax provision, compliance, REIT testing, audits, and tax operations. Responsibilities include building tax models, preparing technical memoranda, monitoring tax law, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transaction documentation, and supporting IFRS and U.S. GAAP tax provisions. The role also contributes to tax payments, cash tax tracking, system updates, process improvements, and management reporting.

Drive new business development and commercial revenue across Westfield Rise’s Nordic portfolio. Build relationships with brands, media agencies, and partners; identify market trends; create and present media, experiential, and partnership solutions; manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting; and collaborate with marketing, centre management, and regional teams to deliver commercially successful activations.

One-year rotational graduate program with three assignments across core real-estate functions (management, investment, leasing, development, sustainability). Includes a 4-month international assignment, real project responsibilities from day one, mentorship, training, and exposure to senior management.
