Designs, implements, and supports enterprise Genesys Cloud CX and customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels. Develops and deploys conversational AI, voicebots, and chatbots, integrates platforms with CRM and enterprise systems through APIs, and supports production environments. The role also involves customer workshops, requirements analysis, architecture design, troubleshooting, and technical leadership.
