Lead and participate in Red/Blue Team activities for NATO exercises. Perform web, infrastructure, and application penetration tests; conduct security design reviews and risk mitigation. Provide security consultancy, coordinate with NATO accreditation bodies, and present technical and executive-level findings in clear reports.

Lead design, development, and deployment of EIOS Portal features; define scalable REST/microservice architectures; mentor developers; gather technical requirements; integrate external systems; evaluate new technologies; implement CI/CD, containerized and cloud deployments following DevOps best practices.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will manage quality control procedures, participate in testing, support project managers, and advise on quality improvements while leading automated testing efforts.
