Administer and maintain Linux systems, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch environments, including installation, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security. The role designs and supports disaster recovery, high availability, and backup strategies; automates operational tasks with Bash and Ansible; and improves the reliability and availability of critical data platforms. It also requires documentation, stakeholder communication, and experience with enterprise infrastructure, containers, cloud-native technologies, and AI coding tools.

Manages the complete lifecycle of ICT projects, including scope, timelines, quality, deliverables, risks, stakeholder communication, team workload, project controls, reporting, and meetings. The role requires leading medium-to-large projects, applying Agile and other project management methodologies, and addressing data privacy, business continuity, and information security risks, preferably within the public sector or EU institutions.

Designs accessible, responsive web and mobile interfaces from research through developer handoff. Responsibilities include user journey analysis, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, usability testing, UI acceptance criteria, cross-browser validation, WCAG compliance, and collaboration with developers and stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining design documentation, reusable components, and style guides while applying privacy, security, SEO, and Agile practices.
