Manage Service Configuration Management and the CMDB: define, implement, monitor, and improve practices; maintain accurate CMDB data and service trees; create SOPs and KPIs; integrate CMDB with Change Enablement and other ITSM processes; contribute to ITIL practice improvements and customer experience.

Lead business analysis activities: elicit and document business and functional requirements, model processes (BPMN/UML), prepare functional specifications and data dictionaries, analyse low-code/no-code solutions, manage stakeholders and release planning, and propose EU-compliant UI/UX.

Gather and document client requirements, install/troubleshoot and test software, create training materials and technical documentation, run workshops, communicate with clients, and provide ongoing support for software solutions.
