The role requires representing Unframe’s mission, improving hiring structure and pace, and supporting rapid growth in an AI startup environment.

Hunt for enterprise prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. Research accounts, tailor messaging to decision-makers, qualify leads, schedule sales meetings, track activity in Salesforce or another CRM, and continuously improve outreach. The role requires outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, and offers remote work with opportunities for growth in an AI-focused startup.

Investigate and resolve technical issues for enterprise customers, analyzing logs, reproducing problems, identifying root causes, and escalating when needed. Use AI tools to support technical investigations, communicate with customers and internal teams, document solutions, build knowledge resources, and share recurring product insights with Product and Engineering.
