Lead enterprise discovery, design AI solutions, write detailed specifications and prompt architectures, and drive end-to-end delivery with engineering and AI teams. Manage multiple client engagements, align senior stakeholders, prioritize requirements, and translate complex business problems into deployed LLM-powered systems. The role requires fluent English and French, strong technical product management experience, customer-led discovery, enterprise stakeholder management, and hands-on exposure to AI solution development.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients, leading technical engagements, incident investigations, production troubleshooting, and high-stakes de-escalations. Analyze logs, APIs, databases, webhooks, and source code to identify root causes. Configure AI agents and coding tools to automate support workflows. Build support infrastructure, SLAs, escalation paths, and diagnostic runbooks while partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve recurring customer issues.

Lead global HR operations across EMEA and the US, owning employee lifecycle with EOR partners, advising managers on people issues, improving performance and talent processes, and driving engagement and scalable HR policies.
