Provide technical support for enterprise customers: investigate and resolve issues from triage to resolution, analyze logs and system behavior, reproduce bugs, use AI tools to speed analysis, document solutions and playbooks, and share product feedback with Product and Engineering.

Lead and scale Unframe's global partner ecosystem to generate partner-sourced pipeline, recruit and activate strategic partners (SIs, hyperscalers, channel), build repeatable co-sell motions, hire and manage a partnerships team, align cross-functionally with Sales/Product/RevOps, and drive partner-influenced revenue. Frequent travel (30-40%).

The Strategic Account Executive will drive go-to-market initiatives, lead sales cycles, engage with high-level stakeholders, and expand enterprise accounts, focusing on AI solutions.
