Lead the Implementations Software Engineering team to build scientific applications and integrate enterprise systems with Uncountable's platform. Collaborate with internal engineers and external stakeholders, provide technical architecture direction, and engage with customers to transform R&D workflows.

Lead and scale the Account Management function, act as executive sponsor for strategic enterprise accounts, manage and develop AMs, drive GRR/NRR and account health, define processes and escalation handling, align cross-functional teams, and influence product roadmap through customer insights.

Own full revenue pipeline and close enterprise PLM deals while leading implementations. Responsibilities include technical discovery, commercial negotiation, architecting data schemas, migrating legacy data, driving user adoption, and feeding product insights back to engineering to accelerate time-to-value.
