Teams at Uncountable Inc

Own enterprise scientific software implementations from scoping through go-live. Lead requirements, phased plans, timelines, status meetings, stage gates, customer sign-offs, integrations, workshops, scope control, and delivery-team coordination across multiple accounts. Partner with Account Managers, Scientific Implementation Managers, integration engineers, implementation partners, and customers. The role requires scientific grounding, implementation leadership, project discipline, AI-first working practices, and strong communication with researchers, IT teams, and R&D executives.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts, serving as executive sponsor and owning account health, retention, expansion, renewals, escalations, and commercial strategy. The role requires building executive partnerships, coordinating cross-functional customer outcomes, influencing product direction through customer insights, and helping scale the account management function. Travel of 20–30% is required.

Lead the Implementations Software Engineering team to build scientific applications and integrate enterprise systems with Uncountable's platform. Collaborate with internal engineers and external stakeholders, provide technical architecture direction, and engage with customers to transform R&D workflows.
