Lead identification, evaluation, and delivery of special education services. Coordinate assessments, IEPs, classroom accommodations, pull-out instruction, team meetings, compliance with state and federal special education law, recordkeeping, and curriculum/assessment design. Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support students with academic, emotional, and physical needs.

Lead and co-manage a high-performing K-12 charter school, providing instructional leadership, teacher coaching and evaluation, school culture development, family engagement, curriculum and assessment oversight, staff management, and data-driven decision making to ensure student college readiness and strong academic outcomes.

Manage all aspects of a K-12 special education program including IEP compliance, evaluations, pull-out/push-in instruction, data-driven goal writing, and family partnership. Coordinate IEP and special education team meetings, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with general education teachers to differentiate instruction and support student social-emotional and academic growth.
