Lead instructional strategy and teacher development to drive student achievement: analyze assessment data, coach teachers daily, design and deliver professional development, manage school-wide academic systems, and support regional curriculum initiatives. Partner with principals and regional staff to implement action plans and ensure instructional fidelity.

Partner with the Co-CEOs to lead strategic initiatives, annual cross-functional planning, and board governance. Manage Board of Trustees operations and communications, oversee executive-level messaging, and lead network-wide projects. Supervise and develop a Specialist, coordinate across Finance, Talent, Operations, and Schools, and design systems that improve information flow and organizational decision-making.

Manage outreach and pipeline building to attract diverse educators and school staff; screen resumes, advance qualified candidates, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Partner with school leaders and Talent colleagues, support recruiting events, track data and recruiting metrics, maintain records, and improve hiring processes.
