Supports the Dean of Students in building a positive, structured school culture and ensuring students meet academic and behavioral expectations. Responsibilities include supporting teachers, communicating with families, maintaining student records, assisting school leadership, and leading cultural systems such as detention, mediation, lunch, and arrival. The role requires strong organization, communication, perseverance, teamwork, and a commitment to student achievement and anti-racist education.

The Dean of Students partners with school leadership to build an inclusive, achievement-oriented culture. Responsibilities include behavior management, crisis intervention, individual behavior plans, teacher support, attendance and homework systems, student and family engagement, and participation in school-wide events. The role models school values, supports academic and personal development, and promotes culturally responsive practices.

Leads and manages a high school athletic program, including department vision, coaching staff recruitment and development, student-athlete academic support, family communication, budgeting, scheduling, transportation, safety, compliance, events, media, and fundraising. The role partners with school teams to support diverse students, collegiate pathways, and whole-school initiatives while maintaining athletic and academic excellence.
