Lead and modernize Giftd's operations to drive growth and efficiency. Oversee people, systems, budgets, and vendor relationships; implement tools and repeatable processes; identify revenue and cost-optimization opportunities; coach and develop a small team while improving responsiveness to client needs and scaling business performance.

Support sales, strategy, and marketing teams for meetings and events: qualify leads, assist with proposals, manage contracts/invoices, source venues, support business development, track budgets, and attend industry events including some evenings and weekends.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, create proposals and pitches, collaborate with production teams, attend industry events, monitor sales metrics, and expand market presence in video production.
