Develop sales strategies, create proposals and pitches, attend industry events, collaborate with production teams, track performance metrics, and stay current on market trends to expand market share.

Lead finance for a multi-entity group of operating companies, overseeing accounting, reporting, cash management, financial modeling, payroll, tax coordination, banking, and new-brand setup. Partner with the founder and brand leaders to make financial information useful and actionable. Lead the redesign and launch of a shared employee benefits program by December 31, 2026, including compliance, vendor selection, implementation, communications, and renewals. This is a hands-on, on-site CFO role in Cañon City, Colorado.
