Teams at Unbox Robotics

Owns end-to-end robotics deployment projects from contract signoff through launch and warranty handover. Responsibilities include defining scope and milestones, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, field service, and customers, managing budgets, risks, changes, quality, FAT, SAT, commissioning, installation, and acceptance. The role also requires international stakeholder management, site travel, executive reporting, and ensuring projects launch on time, within budget, and to specification.

Supports sales and business development teams by managing CRM records, leads, opportunities, customer accounts, proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial documentation. Generates sales reports, dashboards, pipeline trackers, and forecasting updates while coordinating cross-functional reviews, customer meetings, follow-ups, and marketing initiatives. Maintains documentation accuracy, improves sales processes, and supports operational standards across the sales lifecycle.

Lead FP&A and business finance activities, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, treasury support, and investor reporting. Prepare AR, AP, cash position, valuation, sales, and cost reports; support fundraising with scenario analysis; conduct market research; and partner with the CFO in a venture-funded, high-growth environment.
