Supports project managers with coordination, milestone and dependency tracking, meeting facilitation, status reporting, RAID log management, dashboards, Agile ceremonies, process improvement, change management, and digital transformation initiatives. The intern maintains project plans using tools such as Smartsheet and Jira, contributes to project documentation and retrospectives, and explores AI tools to improve productivity.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop hiring strategies and talent pipelines. Support internal job postings, employee mobility, campus hiring, institutional engagement, vendor database maintenance, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Supports product development by defining requirements, creating PRDs and use cases, coordinating with engineering, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and tracking execution. Conducts market and competitor research, analyzes customer feedback, maintains product documentation, supports testing and demos, and coordinates roadmap communication across teams. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical thinking, technical understanding, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools and processes.
