Own the complete software product experience for a warehouse robotics platform, including robot software, fleet management, customer integrations, and operator-facing UIs. Define roadmaps, APIs, KPIs, release criteria, UX requirements, and integration playbooks. Partner with engineering, design, QA, sales, and customers to deliver products from alpha through general availability, support go-to-market activities, and improve fleet performance and operator workflows.

Own the vision, roadmap, development, launch, and continuous improvement of robotic hardware products, including AMRs, sortation systems, sensors, and embedded control units. Lead market research, customer discovery, requirements, PRDs, cross-functional delivery through EVT to PVT, manufacturability and reliability efforts, supply-chain coordination, go-to-market support, and product performance analysis.

Design and validate robotic mechanical systems from proof of concept through production. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, component and material selection, tolerance analysis, structural and multibody simulations, testing, vendor collaboration, DFM/DFA, documentation, and root-cause analysis. The engineer works cross-functionally with embedded, controls, software, sourcing, quality, assembly, and operations teams to develop reliable robot structures, mechanisms, fixtures, and production components.
