Lead and coordinate daily unmanned aircraft flight operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and efficiency. Develop and manage remote pilots, flight technicians, and flight test engineers through training and proficiency programs. Oversee risk assessments, audits, procedures, documentation, and the Safety Management System. Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, customers, authorities, and operation sites while supporting demonstrations and international activities. Drive continuous improvement across flight operations and retain authority to suspend unsafe or noncompliant operations.
