Supports the Community Manager with rent collection, home sales and rentals, resident communications, community inspections, rule enforcement, maintenance supervision, vendor coordination, billing, document organization, and office administration. Ensures compliance with housing laws and company procedures while providing professional service to residents and applicants. The role is full-time, in-person, and may include occasional weekend, evening, holiday, and travel requirements.

Supports the Community Manager with rent collection, home sales and rentals, resident communication, bill and payment entry, document organization, community inspections, rule enforcement, maintenance coordination, and office upkeep. The role interfaces with residents, applicants, contractors, and vendors; follows housing, accessibility, rent collection, and eviction procedures; and may require occasional travel, weekend, evening, or holiday work.

Supports the Community Manager with rent collection, home sales and rentals, resident communication, rule enforcement, inspections, maintenance coordination, vendor interaction, billing, document organization, and office administration. The role requires applying fair housing and accessibility laws, monitoring payments, assisting with delinquency procedures, maintaining community standards, and providing professional customer service in an in-person community setting.
