Design, build, and support API-based integrations and internal business applications across ERP, CRM, and RMS systems. Develop backend services for data orchestration, ensure secure scalable data exchange, perform testing and deployment support, document architectures, and collaborate with IT, operations, and vendors to meet enterprise integration needs.

Own and govern process documentation, controlled master data, and compliance for ERP systems. Maintain SOPs, manage parts/customers/suppliers data, support audits and ISO alignment, train users, assist with interfaces, releases, testing, and data mapping to ensure data consistency and audit defensibility.

The Account Manager will drive revenue growth through relationship management, developing client relationships, and promoting construction products. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, executing sales plans, and collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction.
