Lead CATARI’s French market entry and operations, including strategy, organization building, team recruitment, customer relationship development, business growth, operational setup, and full P&L ownership. The role requires establishing processes, developing EPC and industrial customer networks, securing new opportunities, ensuring alignment with global standards, and reporting business performance to headquarters.

Leads integrated marketing communications across MEA and APAC, including campaigns, product marketing, PR, thought leadership, social media, content, and internal communications. Adapts global initiatives for local markets, develops go-to-market campaigns, manages stakeholders, measures performance, and optimizes activities using data and AI-powered tools. The role strengthens brand positioning, supports commercial objectives, and drives engagement and lead generation across multiple countries.

Serves as the finance business partner to operations and supply chain leadership. Leads budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, operational cost analysis, KPI reporting, working capital planning, and investment business cases. Evaluates productivity, inventory, logistics, capacity, cash flow, ROI, and operational risks. Enhances financial data, dashboards, reporting processes, and controls while partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders on continuous improvement and change initiatives.
