Provide technical, economical formwork solutions, identify upselling opportunities, understand competitors, coordinate with engineering and internal teams, resolve customer issues, manage accounts and payments, deliver sales reports, and maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting.

Leads engineering and product management for Saudi Arabia and Egypt, overseeing strategy, team development, project execution, technical quality, safety, compliance, budgeting, and resource planning. Provides technical and commercial support for complex formwork projects, drives BIM adoption, coordinates regional collaboration, and ensures structural designs meet customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The role also develops engineering capabilities, manages risks and claims, monitors performance, and supports continuous improvement and innovation.

Supports Umdasch Group Ventures with administrative, organizational, governance, and project-related activities. Responsibilities include preparing board documents and presentations, coordinating meetings, workshops, events, travel, invoices, orders, expenses, office operations, systems support, and employee onboarding. The role requires strong German and English communication, discretion, organization, interpersonal skills, IT proficiency, and at least 10 years of assistant experience in international settings.
