Leads manufacturing and quality engineering teams for assigned product segments. Manages workload, engineering schedules, process and quality decisions, continuous improvement projects, compliance, quoting, and cross-functional collaboration. Coaches employees, conducts performance evaluations, supports hiring, and partners with audit and compliance teams on standards including AS9100 and ISO 13485. Requires strong manufacturing and quality expertise, people leadership, ERP experience, and occasional travel.

Operate and set up CNC milling machines, inspect machined products, document quality results, troubleshoot production issues, and support technical problem-solving. The role requires blueprint and GD&T interpretation, G-code and M-code proficiency, use of measuring tools, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and safe independent work. Schedule is Friday through Sunday onsite in Monticello, Minnesota.

Operate and set up Swiss CNC machines, meet production goals, troubleshoot with senior staff, perform in-process inspections and documentation, assist junior machinists, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment while supporting continuous improvement.
