Manage and grow a portfolio of small business clients (revenues under $1M) by originating loans, lines, credit cards, and treasury/depository services. Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, marketing, and referrals; meet sales goals; process applications; analyze lending situations for cross-sell; maintain CRM; collaborate with internal partners to deliver excellent customer service and close opportunities within target timeframes.

Supports annual audits for alternative investment fund clients by using Excel and UMB accounting systems to extract and summarize data, reconcile and clean financial information, and prepare audited financial statements. Partners with Fund Accounting and other teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, deadlines, and client satisfaction. The role offers professional development in audit, accounting, and the alternative investment industry.

Oversee Kansas City lockbox processing and customer service teams, ensuring accurate payment processing, SLA performance, staffing, quality, regulatory compliance, risk controls, and audit readiness. Hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees; coordinate equipment support with IT and vendors; resolve client inquiries and exceptions; prepare operational reports; and lead process automation and efficiency initiatives.
