Manage and grow a portfolio of small business clients (revenues under $1M) by originating loans, lines, credit cards, and treasury/depository services. Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, marketing, and referrals; meet sales goals; process applications; analyze lending situations for cross-sell; maintain CRM; collaborate with internal partners to deliver excellent customer service and close opportunities within target timeframes.

Manage and monitor a commercial loan portfolio: analyze borrower and guarantor financial performance, confirm borrowing base and covenant compliance, underwrite new and existing loans using Excel/Word, coordinate documentation with admin staff, support sales/relationship managers, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and provide customer service and problem resolution.

Lead fund accounting for alternative investment clients: prepare and review NAVs, trial balances, financial statements, investor reporting and regulatory filings; oversee staff training, client onboarding, reconciliations, cash settlements, and audit support; identify and resolve accounting and pricing issues while maintaining client and auditor relationships.
