Supports annual audits for alternative investment fund clients by extracting and summarizing financial data in Excel and accounting systems, reconciling and cleaning data, preparing audited financial statements, and partnering with Fund Accounting teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and client satisfaction.

Processes mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, including notifications, elections, and payments for domestic and foreign holdings. Identifies and documents system issues, supports testing of system upgrades, and assists with new system implementations. The role requires collaboration with internal partners and provides operational support to Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody departments.

Supports Capital Markets trading and underwriting operations by liaising between business users, technical teams, and vendors. Develops test cases and scripts, facilitates system testing and production validation, assists with training, calculates accrual periods, analyzes security setups, and supports safekeeping, trading, settlements, and funding operations. Cross-trains across Capital Markets Operations functions and helps identify system solutions for business processes and information systems.
