Leads Brazil marketing strategy and execution for a rare disease biopharmaceutical portfolio, including brand planning, product launches, lifecycle management, forecasting, market modeling, budgets, campaigns, events, market research, and HCP engagement. Coordinates cross-functional alignment across Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Government Affairs, and Business Intelligence. Ensures promotional compliance, supports field-team training, manages vendors, identifies market opportunities, and mentors team members.

Leads external and CMC quality assurance for biopharmaceutical manufacturing across clinical through commercial development. Responsibilities include approving investigations and changes, overseeing quality events and corrective actions, reviewing testing data, conducting manufacturing risk assessments, managing product lifecycles, supporting qualification and process development, maintaining regulatory compliance, engaging contract organizations, and preparing for FDA and EMA inspections. The role requires approximately 10% travel and typically involves onsite work two to three days weekly.
