Leads the international brokerage’s Legal & Compliance function, advising senior management on legal, regulatory, commercial, and operational risks. Oversees contracts, licensing, corporate structuring, compliance policies, regulatory obligations, external counsel, and relationships with banks, PSPs, liquidity providers, and business partners. Manages and develops the Legal & Compliance team while supporting international expansion across multiple jurisdictions, including offshore regulatory environments.

Manage corporate administration for international clients, including company formations, statutory filings, annual returns, AGM coordination, corporate documentation, statutory registers, and filing systems. Handle client queries, review agreements, support KYC/AML procedures, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate procedures, excellent organisation, attention to detail, confidentiality, and fluency in Greek and English.

Performs daily and monthly client-fund and transaction reconciliations, investigates discrepancies, maintains accounting records, and supports financial and regulatory reporting. The role also prepares financial reports, analyzes service-provider fees, liaises with internal teams and external partners, improves reconciliation procedures, and assists with financial-system implementation and ad hoc analysis.
