Support production operations to meet volume, cost, waste, and quality targets. Monitor shift metrics, troubleshoot issues, perform audits for SOP/OSHA compliance, coordinate materials, staffing, training, and liaise with product and engineering teams.

Lead systems engineering for sonobuoy and sonar-related systems across full lifecycle. Perform trade-space analyses, define system/subsystem requirements in DOORS, support integration/test of hardware/software, guide technology selection, provide technical input and cost estimates, and lead a small multidisciplinary engineering team. Support proposals, IR&D, and travel (~10%).

Lead systems engineering for radar development from design through integration and test. Provide system-level trade assessments, define requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support integration/test events, estimate costs, and mentor small engineering teams. Contribute to proposals, IR&D, and technology selection for naval platforms.
