Leads daily assembly production activities, assigns work, monitors metrics, resolves escalated production issues, and trains assembly workers. Performs complex assembly, alignment, adjustment, testing, calibration, repair, and refitting of components according to specifications. Maintains safety and quality standards, operates manufacturing equipment, and records daily production results.

Provides HR support across Wake Forest and Chantilly locations, advising managers and employees on routine HR matters. Supports employee relations, performance management, recruiting coordination, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, open enrollment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR projects. Requires strong communication, judgment, discretion, organization, and knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Lead quality assurance strategy across complex defense programs, ensuring contractual compliance, product conformity, risk management, customer readiness, corrective action, MRB effectiveness, supplier quality, and objective evidence. Manage and develop Quality Engineers, support inspections and audits, oversee production readiness and acceptance activities, monitor quality metrics, and drive defect prevention across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer organizations.
