Develop and convert embedded C to Rust for security-critical, bare-metal systems. Design architectures, write specifications (SRS/ICD/SHDD), define test plans, manage configuration, support Agile/Waterfall projects, and provide technical progress updates while ensuring quality and collaboration.

Lead architecture, design, implementation and testing of embedded and application software for cryptographic/key-management systems. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, define software processes, produce technical proposals, and ensure compliance with security and defence standards.

Lead design and development of integrated avionics and communications systems using MBSE and simulation tools. Provide expert analysis, resolve complex technical issues, develop and defend system designs, create system test plans, execute simulations and test procedures, generate testable requirements, mentor junior engineers, and use lifecycle practices and development tools (e.g., JIRA, Digital.ai Agility).
