Leads development and production programs, overseeing strategy, costs, schedules, technical performance, risks, opportunities, quality, and customer interfaces. Manages multiple projects and program teams to achieve strategic objectives, makes independent decisions, supports complex problem resolution, and may mentor junior staff. The role requires at least five years of program management experience and a minimum Secret security clearance.

Architect, implement, verify, and certify high-assurance cryptographic and key management systems for defense, NATO, and allied networks. Analyze requirements, synthesize system architectures, support lifecycle design reviews, create certification and technical documentation, and conduct security verification and validation. The role also supports embedded C and Rust development, DoD acquisition activities, program planning, proposals, and technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Research, write, illustrate, and organize DoD technical documentation, CDRLs, proposals, and related content. Analyze government requirements, interview subject matter experts, gather source material, identify gaps, and produce clear, compliant, integrated documents. Coordinate contributors, manage documentation libraries, support proposal responses, and ensure stakeholder alignment. The role requires strong technical writing, editing, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
