Lead architecture, design, implementation and testing of embedded and application software for cryptographic/key-management systems. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, define software processes, produce technical proposals, and ensure compliance with security and defence standards.

Supports system-level integration and functional testing for tactical data link and command-and-control systems. Responsibilities include developing test cases, executing and documenting tests, troubleshooting hardware and software, maintaining test environments, reporting anomalies, supporting government certification and standards conformance testing, and contributing to test automation. The role collaborates with systems engineers, developers, and government stakeholders while participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Leads development and production programs, overseeing strategy, costs, schedules, technical performance, risks, opportunities, quality, and customer interfaces. Manages multiple projects and program teams to achieve strategic objectives, makes independent decisions, supports complex problem resolution, and may mentor junior staff. The role requires at least five years of program management experience and a minimum Secret security clearance.
