Lead and assure implementation of ISO 15288 systems engineering across projects. Provide technical direction, develop SE artefacts, coordinate design reviews, manage customers/suppliers, estimate effort/costs, coach and line-manage systems engineers, and support proposals and security compliance for defence cyber cryptographic/key management solutions.

Lead and deliver systems integration, verification and validation (IV&V) for hardware/software/firmware solutions. Create IV&V artifacts, manage test facilities/equipment, ensure safety/security, support qualification and external test houses, mentor engineers, and improve SE/IV&V processes.

Lead architecture, design, implementation and testing of embedded and application software for cryptographic/key-management systems. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, define software processes, produce technical proposals, and ensure compliance with security and defence standards.
