Oversee monthly and quarterly close activities for private credit funds, including general ledger review, financial statement support, transaction accounting, interest and PIK income calculations, and debt-related reporting. Communicate with General Partners, auditors, and lenders; interpret governing documents; review compliance deliverables; and manage multiple client and internal deadlines.

Maintains daily cash transactions and general ledgers for client funds, prepares bank reconciliations, financial statements, reporting packages, capital calls, distributions, and wire transfers. Responds to client and investor inquiries, supports internal teams, completes special projects, and follows accounting controls and procedures. The role requires strong organizational, communication, analytical, and client-service skills, with occasional travel and flexibility to work beyond normal hours when needed.

Processes investment wires, ACH payments, checks, bulk payment files, deposits, and banking transactions across multiple platforms. Supports transaction reviews, payment coordination, treasury procedure training, KYC/OFAC monitoring, client service, and special projects while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a high-volume environment.
