Manage luxury European travel bookings for partner agencies and their clients. Build relationships, create bespoke itineraries, convert leads, exceed sales targets, resolve travel issues, maintain CRM records, and provide highly personalized service throughout the booking process.

Supports Africa luxury travel itineraries by preparing accurate proposals, verifying supplier pricing, coordinating bookings, maintaining reservation documentation, responding to inquiries, updating destination resources and travel regulations, and assisting with pre- and post-travel communications. The role partners closely with Destination Specialists, Travel Coordinators, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution and high-quality client experiences.

The Controller will oversee full-cycle, multi-entity accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, compliance, audits, cash management, and financial risk mitigation. This role will lead accounting process improvements, leverage automation and AI tools, evaluate financial systems, and mentor the accounting team. The Controller will also partner with executive leadership by providing accurate financial insights, supporting profitable decisions, and building scalable finance infrastructure.
