Teams at Ultimate Group

Supports planning, building, and executing email marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Manages email calendars and databases, segments lists, applies personalization, monitors campaign metrics, prepares reports, and supports A/B testing. Collaborates with design, content, and client service teams while maintaining campaign accuracy and applying email marketing best practices.

Develop and execute Ultimate Group’s corporate marketing strategy, brand management, digital presence, employer branding, corporate communications, and recruitment marketing. Manage websites, social media, integrated campaigns, paid advertising, budgets, analytics, and executive reporting. Collaborate with HR, Design, Content, Email Marketing, business divisions, leadership, and external partners to strengthen brand visibility, attract talent, support growth, and ensure consistent communications.

Supports the Finance team with contract preparation and execution, client invoicing, collections monitoring, accounts receivable aging reports, record reconciliation against SAP, discrepancy resolution, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
