Define architecture, establish UI standards, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and maintainable web applications.

Build, test, and optimize responsive web applications using Next.js and React. Collaborate with designers and back-end developers, implement UI/UX designs, write clean maintainable code, and debug front-end issues to ensure high performance across devices and browsers.

Responsible for growing and managing Ultahost's affiliate network across APAC, recruiting and supporting affiliates and influencers, executing localized campaigns and promotional assets, collaborating on regional landing pages, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and reporting insights to scale the global affiliate program.
