Manage and analyze a $4.4B real estate mortgage portfolio, producing performance reports, cash flow projections, underwriting oversight, portfolio valuations, and ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior management.

Support loan servicing operations for a $4.4B real estate portfolio: enter and reconcile loan data, process payments and wires, post GL entries, obtain SOFR rates, produce reports, maintain servicing records, resolve payment and account issues, and communicate with borrowers and third parties.
