Serves as a strategic partner to the Life & Health Division President by supporting business planning, researching market and regulatory developments, leading strategic initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Develops executive, board, trustee, broker, and rating-agency materials; analyzes claims, financial, operational, and book-of-business data; identifies growth and efficiency opportunities; and provides decision-ready recommendations across underwriting, operations, account management, and sales.

Provides strategic and day-to-day HR support to management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, investigations, policy interpretation, training recommendations, job evaluation, and compensation analysis. Partners with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and coaches leaders on employee development, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters.

Manage and analyze a $4.4B real estate mortgage portfolio, producing performance reports, cash flow projections, underwriting oversight, portfolio valuations, and ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior management.
