RN Case Manager analyzes high-dollar and trigger claims to contain costs, review medical necessity, gather clinical records, recommend care alternatives, negotiate provider discounts, support stop-loss claim management, and collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, TPAs and providers to inform reserves and pricing while communicating with clients and stakeholders.
