The Telesales & Client Success Executive will manage inquiries and sales across multiple African countries, aiming for high conversion rates and excellent client engagement using CRM tools, cold calling, and relationship management.

The Customer Success Intern will engage with clients, support follow-ups on international leads, manage relationships, prepare documentation, and assist in daily operations.

Serve as first point of contact for Kenyan and international customers: answer calls and messages, provide product/service information, capture and follow up leads, escalate complaints, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records and prepare basic reports, and identify sales opportunities for handover.
