Manages inside sales territories, established customer accounts, and new-business prospecting for technical metal products. Responsibilities include outbound and inbound sales calls, customer relationship development, quotations, pricing and freight negotiations, inventory availability, forecasting support, order documentation, account maintenance, and reporting. The role requires business-to-business technical sales experience in manufacturing or service centers, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand detailed product specifications and applications.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; build pipelines with schools and partners; coordinate interviews, extend offers, maintain ATS data, represent the company at recruiting events, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Provide metallurgical and technical support to sales, production, and lab to ensure products meet customer specifications. Recommend material selection and processing procedures, assist with bid proposals and order requirements, design production practices for special requirements, monitor production capacity, and lead cross-functional projects to resolve product or processing issues.
