Provides administrative and operational HR support by coordinating employee programs, events, communications, training, compliance activities, records, HR systems, and engagement initiatives. Serves as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR procedures while supporting special projects and departmental operations. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; build pipelines with schools and partners; coordinate interviews, extend offers, maintain ATS data, represent the company at recruiting events, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Provide metallurgical and technical support to sales, production, and lab to ensure products meet customer specifications. Recommend material selection and processing procedures, assist with bid proposals and order requirements, design production practices for special requirements, monitor production capacity, and lead cross-functional projects to resolve product or processing issues.
