Support and improve specialty wire manufacturing processes by planning trials, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, implementing process improvements, supporting new product introductions, and collaborating with production, quality, and suppliers to reduce cost and improve quality.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including coordinating employee programs and events, maintaining records and HR systems, supporting communications, compliance, training, and employee engagement, assisting on projects, and serving as a resource for employees and management on HR programs and procedures.

Lead production operations at a metal processing facility, supervise and develop staff, ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets, drive continuous improvement, manage equipment/tooling needs, collaborate with maintenance and corporate functions, and maintain compliance with quality and safety systems.
