Provides strategic and day-to-day HR support across two manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, training, employee engagement, compliance, benefits support, and organizational development. Partners with managers and employees, maintains HR records and confidentiality, represents the company at recruiting events, and regularly travels between locations to provide in-person support.

Develops and implements product sales strategies to expand applications, revenue, and customer base. Responsibilities include market and competitive research, supplier and inventory coordination, technical customer support, sales forecasting, product and application development, cost analysis, cross-functional project leadership, Lean process improvement, trade show participation, and account growth. The role travels 50% with territory managers and works onsite in Alsip, Illinois the other 50%.

Manages inside sales territories, established customer accounts, and new-business prospecting for technical metal products. Responsibilities include outbound and inbound sales calls, customer relationship development, quotations, pricing and freight negotiations, inventory availability, forecasting support, order documentation, account maintenance, and reporting. The role requires business-to-business technical sales experience in manufacturing or service centers, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand detailed product specifications and applications.
