Operate and maintain heating, ventilation, boiler, commercial kitchen, and low-voltage electrical systems. Conduct equipment inspections, diagnose and repair faults, install and replace defective components, manage materials, oversee contractors, and provide technical support. The role requires compliance with safety, building, and confidentiality standards, along with mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications, wiring regulations certification, facilities maintenance expertise, and a clean UK driving license.

Cares for and exercises horses through feeding, grooming, mucking out, handling, treatments, riding, and stable maintenance. Reports health issues, maintains equipment and arenas, transports horses, supports client riding activities, and assists with new-starter induction. Requires professional grooming and horse-care experience, BHS Stage 2 riding ability, a clean driving licence, and experience working with children.
