Use ecological data, statistical analysis and modelling to investigate biodiversity change and drivers. Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and external partners, produce scientific outputs (papers, reports, presentations), represent the team to stakeholders, and support conservation policy and decision-making using long-term monitoring datasets and predictive approaches.

Provide expert research-development support for the Biodiversity and Land Use Science Area, leading strategic bids, building partnerships, managing a portfolio or team, and delivering targeted advice to maximise funding, impact and compliance. Analyse complex information to inform decision-making and maintain capability across teams.
