Leads accounting and finance projects for mid-market and large clients, including interim controller duties, financial operations, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit preparation, system transitions, and M&A integrations. The role requires independent problem-solving, client collaboration, potential staff supervision, proficiency with accounting applications, and frequent travel based on client needs.

Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and M&A advisory engagements. Analyzes financial statements, revenue, operational performance, quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction risks. Develops financial models, projections, and valuation analyses; prepares client reports and executive presentations; supports deal structuring and post-transaction integration planning. Collaborates with executives, investment teams, and stakeholders while mentoring junior staff. Frequent, unpredictable client travel may be required.

Prepares federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses; researches tax laws, analyzes financial records, identifies tax-saving opportunities, prepares projections, communicates with clients, maintains compliance documentation, and supports complex tax projects. The role requires collaboration with tax professionals, ongoing technical training, and development of supervisory skills.
