Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and M&A advisory engagements. Evaluates quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, financial statements, transaction risks, valuations, and deal synergies. Prepares reports and executive summaries, advises private equity and corporate clients, collaborates with investment bankers and executives, and serves as the primary client contact. Supervises, mentors, and evaluates junior staff while supporting post-transaction integration.

Leads audit and attestation engagements from planning through completion, performing complex audit procedures, analyzing financial statements, assessing internal controls, reviewing workpapers, and finalizing reports. Supervises and mentors audit staff, manages client relationships, researches accounting issues, ensures compliance with professional standards, and contributes to continuous process improvement. Frequent, unpredictable travel may be required based on client needs.
