Performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for middle-market transactions. Responsibilities include collecting and reconciling financial data, analyzing margins and trends, preparing Quality of Earnings, working capital, and debt analyses, participating in management discussions, writing client reports, supporting advisory engagements, and mentoring junior team members.

Supports organizational growth through market, competitor, financial, and operational analysis. Evaluates acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and new markets; develops business cases, executive presentations, dashboards, and strategic recommendations. Partners with cross-functional leaders on strategic planning, tracks initiatives and outcomes, maintains analytical models, and assists with executive and board-level projects.

Leads audit engagements from planning through completion, supervising audit professionals and ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, quality standards, GAAP, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements. Manages client relationships, reviews complex accounting matters, oversees risk and quality control, mentors team members, supports business development, and contributes to thought leadership. Requires a bachelor’s degree, extensive audit experience, progressive leadership responsibility, and a CPA license.
