Lead preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns; oversee client accounting (AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, financial statements); conduct tax research and planning; communicate with clients; supervise and mentor staff; ensure compliance and timely filings; support month-/year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and entities; organize and review client financials; perform tax research and analysis; communicate tax implications to clients; ensure compliance and documentation; assist with tax projections; collaborate with tax team and support senior staff on complex engagements.

Lead and grow the tax practice by developing tax strategies, overseeing tax return preparation and compliance, managing engagements and budgets, mentoring senior tax staff, driving process improvements, and supporting business development and client relationship management.
