Serves as the primary HR partner for Southern California operations, advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, labor relations, talent processes, and organizational change. Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports union-represented employees, maintains HR data and reporting, delivers training, and assists with startups, transitions, restructures, and acquisitions. This field-based role requires regular onsite presence and regional travel.

Owns enterprise HR reporting, dashboards, analytics, HRIS data governance, compliance tracking, and audit-ready reporting. Validates employee data, supports ADP systems, resolves data and integration issues, and provides workforce insights to HR and business leaders. The role also supports benefits, leave, compensation, performance programs, process improvement, documentation, training, and cross-functional HR initiatives.

Supports regional finance operations through month-end close, journal entries, accruals, general ledger analysis, reconciliations, variance research, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis. Maintains audit-ready schedules and tracking tools, partners with operations and back-office teams to resolve finance inquiries, and contributes to process improvements. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and proficiency with Excel and financial systems.
