Oversee custodial operations across 14 buildings, supervise day/night cleaning teams, manage schedules, inventory, training, reports, and equipment. Ensure service quality, safety, contract compliance, and high customer satisfaction while supporting Account and Operations Managers.

Manage daily facilities operations and projects across campus, supervise multi-union trades and vendors, coordinate CMMS work orders, oversee maintenance (MEP/HVAC), ensure regulatory compliance, administer payroll systems, support emergency response, and deliver residence hall turnover and energy management initiatives.

Support daily operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R systems in an 11-story commercial high-rise. Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, water treatment testing, chiller and cooling tower service, basic carpentry/plumbing tasks, keying with Schlage system, and report issues to the Chief Engineer while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
