Leads building engineering operations and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, reliable infrastructure performance. Oversees HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, contractors, inventory, compliance documentation, safety programs, and QA/QC processes. Supervises and develops engineering staff, responds to emergencies, supports infrastructure assessments and projects, and ensures building systems achieve maximum uptime and asset value.

Account Director oversees total facility services account performance, including client satisfaction, budgets, staffing, vendor and contract management, quality assurance, safety compliance, maintenance schedules, reporting, and cost reduction. The role leads site management teams, develops employees, coordinates with clients and stakeholders, ensures compliance with OSHA and applicable laws, and drives operational improvements. This is an operational, site-based position requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manages custodial services, staff, contractors, equipment, supplies, inspections, preventive maintenance, and quality-control programs. Ensures facility cleanliness, hygiene, safety, documentation, and compliance with client standards. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, maintaining inventory, evaluating custodial methods, overseeing infrastructure assessments, and delivering excellent customer service. Requires substantial custodial management experience, floor-care knowledge, leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
