Design and produce still and motion multimedia for print, digital, photography, and video. Support marketing campaigns end-to-end, shoot and manage photography, edit video/audio, maintain brand libraries, and ensure brand and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develop new member relationships and grow select employer groups through prospecting, cold calling, networking, presentations, marketing campaigns, and member drives. Coordinate onboarding with branches, track activity in Monday.com, forecast growth, mentor branch staff, and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and low-income designation goals. Travel up to 33% and support events, evenings, and some weekends.
